Have a question about Trails AMS, aircraft subscriptions, flight school workflows or maintenance management? Send a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
“Trails AMS was created to replace duplicated, isolated collections of aircraft maintenance information by creating one connected resource platform. Users can keep information private when required, share it publicly when appropriate, and benefit from a growing pool of reusable aviation knowledge.”

Trails AMS is built from real aviation maintenance, technical services and operational experience.
Trails AMS is founded on more than 15 years of aviation experience across aircraft maintenance, maintenance control and technical services, including work with Air New Zealand Engineering Services and New Zealand International Commercial Pilot Academy.
Trails AMS is based in Richmond, in the Nelson/Tasman region of New Zealand. The software is designed for aviation operators and maintenance teams worldwide.
Trails AMS was created to make aircraft maintenance workflows clearer, more connected and easier to manage across aircraft operators, maintenance providers, pilots and engineers.
Trails AMS is user-centric rather than purely organisation-centric. Pilots, engineers and maintenance providers can maintain their own accounts and be associated with the operators and aircraft they support.
Ask how Trails AMS can support aircraft operators, flight training schools, scenic operators and other high-utilisation aviation businesses.
Discuss maintenance tracking, work orders, provider work packs, conformance tracking, components and digital engineer sign-off.
